Hello, my name is Sintayehu Aynalem (PhD), and I bring over 14 years of experience in teaching, community services, and research. Currently, I serve as a trainer, business analyst, and professional expert, leveraging my academic background, which includes a BA in Tourism Management, an MA in Tourism and Development, and a PhD in Management.

I have collaborated with various institutions, including Madda Walabu University, the Ministry of Tourism, the Oromia Tourism Commission, the Bale Zone Culture and Tourism Office, and other NGOs. My roles have included researcher, trainer, data collector, and supervisor for private firms. Additionally, I have taken on leadership positions such as Project Team Leader, department head, and research coordinator, as well as serving on committees for research evaluation and curriculum development.
