              2 Principal Investigators in Population Health Data Science, Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute (Toronto, Canada)

              The Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute (LTRI) of Sinai Health, a University of Toronto affiliated research centre, is looking to hire two outstanding early career researchers who will develop independent, outstanding and innovative Population Health Data Science research programs. We are particularly interested in investigators with a specific focus on (1) Infectious disease research and (2) Population data linkage research, which can include, but is not restricted to, perinatal/maternal-child health, cancers, cardiometabolic conditions, autoimmune diseases and other complex diseases. We will consider applicants at the Assistant or Associate Professor levels for both positions.

              The Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute is committed to excellence in health research and the training of young investigators. Within the LTRI, the Prosserman Centre for Population Health Research comprises multi-disciplinary scientists focusing on the quantitative research of complex diseases, including precision health and multi-omics integration based on large-scale cohorts and biobank data. Partnering with the Data Sciences Institute, the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, the Department of Statistical Sciences, and the Department of Computer Science at the University of Toronto, the Prosserman Centre for Population Health Research is the hub of an active research community of public health research, complex disease epidemiology, omics data sciences and quantitative method innovation.
