I am Kirui Barnabas, an education and research professional with a background in Early Childhood Development Education, research management, and institutional leadership. My research interests focus on education systems, community development, and how data-driven decision-making can enhance policy and practice across Africa. In the APHRC and CARTA Virtual Academies, my role is to engage in collaborative learning, contribute to knowledge exchange, and apply acquired insights to strengthen institutional research capacity, mentorship, and evidence-informed leadership
