My name is Esther Kimani. I hold a PhD in crop protection, MSc in plant pathology and BSc in agriculture. Former Managing Director of Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Service and former CEO of Pest Control Products Board of Kenya. Have worked as an agricultural researcher for 10 years and over 20 years as a regulator. I am currently in private sector doing consultancy. I help businesses in agriculture sector navigate through the complex regulatory systems for market access, conduct research and trials for product registrations, and I also serve as an advisor and a trainer in good agricultural practices, smart agriculture, and sustainability in agribusiness for food security and sustainable wealth creation.
