Mercy

My name is Mercy Njeri Githinji and I have over four years of experience as a research assistant primarily focusing on quantitative and qualitative data collection and fieldwork. I have worked extensively as an enumerator and field officer including a role with APHRC on the DaYTA project where I was responsible for collecting, cleaning and verifying survey data to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.

My research interests lie in public health, social development and community based data analysis particularly projects that generate actionable insights for youth and community programs.

In my role with APHRC, I contributed by supporting quantitative data collection processes, managing fieldwork logistics and ensuring that the data gathered met rigorous research standards. I take pride in translating field findings into meaningful outcomes that can inform policy and programmatic decisions
