Leonald Reagan

I am Leonald Reagan Kulubya, an SRHR Advocacy Officer with Action 4 Health Uganda, passionate about empowering young people through advocacy, mental health support, leadership development, and community engagement. Over the past decade, I have grown through the A4HU youth structure as a Youth Champion, club leader, communications officer, and now an advocate dedicated to strengthening youth voices. I facilitate mental health peer support groups, train caregivers using the Invitation to Change model, and equip youth with skills in governance, entrepreneurship, and social accountability. As an award‑winning writer, my work on menstrual hygiene, male engagement, and adolescent health has earned national and international recognition, including features at the EU Parliament Pop‑Up Museum Exhibition. My purpose is to inspire young people to rise, lead, and create inclusive, transformative change in their communities.
