Greetings to everyone, my name is Denna Mkwashapi. I am a senior research officer at the Tanzanian National Institute for Medical Research (NIMR), leading the Magu Health and Demographic Surveillance System. Additionally, I am an honorary lecturer in epidemiology and biostatistics at the Catholic University College of Health and Allied Sciences in Mwanza, Tanzania. Having managed grants, I am keen to learn new skills related to GFGP to enhance my institution’s and my research career’s alignment with GFGP standards.
