    Hi everyone! My name is Hyrine Matheka, and I’m truly excited to be part of this Community of Practice on Grant Management.

    I’m a strategy and systems improvement specialist with over 16 years of experience in research, programme implementation, and institutional development. My work has taken me across the fields of education, health, and social wellbeing—where I’ve focused on strengthening systems for resource mobilisation, performance management, and evidence-based planning. I’m especially passionate about mentoring, training, and helping organisations turn good ideas into impactful, well-aligned strategies. I’m really looking forward to connecting, learning together, and sharing experiences with all of you in this vibrant space

    I am Gumi Abdallah, from LEAD Foundation Dodoma, Tanzania. I have more than 18 experience in health, development and community researches, cutting across interventions in maternal and newborn health, quality improvement in healthcare, designing to scaling up of health innovations and interventions, immunization, malaria Interventions, COVID 19 vaccines, TB,HIV, process mapping of healthcare to identify gaps for improvement, stakeholders engagement and research proposal development, and recently in climate change and health. I am happy to be in the forum to learn and gain more experience in grant writing since I have little experience around the topic
