Dr. Rotich K. Laban is a Tourism and Travel Management Lecturer at Murang\'a University of Technology, Department of Tourism and Travel Management where Dr. Rotich lectures, coordinates, trains, develops and mentors tourism undergraduate, postgraduate as well as diploma students perusing various course programs in Tourism & Travel Management. Dr. Rotich holds a PhD Degree in Tourism Management from The Technical University of Kenya. Dr Rotich has also had the opportunity to teach Tourism Management Course Units at The Technical University of Kenya as a full time lecturer. As a part time Tourism Management Lecturer at Moi University, University of Eldoret and University of Kabianga. Additionally, he holds a Masters degree in Tourism Management and a Bachelors degree in Tourism Management from Moi University. Dr. Rotich has over TEN years of teaching at University level and has been actively engaged in research works within the tourism area where he has published widely in high impact tourism journals. One of the thematic areas of research is Climate Change that he is an expert and is immensely involved.
