My name is Jared Ochieng Odhiambo, a Bachelors degree holder in social work from Moi University. My research interests includes the issues surrounding the AGYWs, the elderly ad well as the impact that social media contents bring to the education system in Kenya in both rural and urban settings. I am also drawn to the Issues surrounding gold mining in the rural Kenya and how it is shaping the current generation wholy. I am not an employee of APHRC but I\'m looking forward to working with this awesome organisation and I  am really grateful for the opportunity they have given me to better my data collection, data analysis, data protection and data governance knowledge
