I hold a Diploma in Health Records and Information Technology, and my professional journey has led me into the field of Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL). In my current role as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, I focus on collecting and analyzing data, tracking progress, and generating insights that support evidence-based decision-making.
My research interests lie in health systems strengthening, data quality improvement, and how technology and innovative tools can be used to enhance the efficiency of data management and program evaluation. I am also passionate about linking research and practice to improve community health outcomes and development initiatives.
Through the APHRC and CARTA Virtual Academies, I see an opportunity to sharpen my research skills, engage with diverse scholars, and contribute to discussions on data-driven solutions for Africa’s health and development challenges.
