I am an academic and qualitative researcher passionate about advancing gender equity through evidence-based policy and practice. My work explores how power dynamics and social structures influence gender outcomes, with a focus on transforming narratives in development and governance. I aim to bridge research and practice by supporting governments, NGOs, and communities to design and implement gender-responsive programs.
