I specializes in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, utilizing a robust technical toolkit that includes STATA, SPSS, CSPro, ODK, and Kobo Toolbox. Throughout my career, I have held pivotal roles at organizations such as the World Bank, WHO, USAID, and MEASURE Evaluation. Notably, serving as the Data Manager for Health Systems Strengthening at WHO Zambia and as a cornerstone in the Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI), where I had chance to manage of large-scale datasets directly informed national strategic decision-making and policy development. Research Interests: My research focus is rooted in the intersection of public health, education, and social equity include but not limited to the following:
  • Health Informatics & Immunization: Optimizing data flow for EPI and GAVI evaluations to improve child health outcomes.
  • Early Childhood Development (ECD): Evaluating school-based interventions to foster inclusive and equitable learning environments.
  • Social Inclusion & Gender: Utilizing gender-transformative approaches within MERL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning) frameworks.
  • Data Literacy: Increasing the capacity for data interpretation and evidence-based decision-making within the Zambian community.
Role in APHRC & CARTA Virtual Academies Through Vision Outreach Zambia, I hope to strengthen collaboration with the African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC) and the Consortium for Advanced Research Training in Africa (CARTA) to link potential candidates for technical data management and academic translation through:
