I am a Business Computing graduate with a strong focus on software development, systems support, and building practical digital solutions. I have hands-on experience in web development using frameworks like Django, as well as providing technical support and managing systems during my internship at the Judiciary of Kenya. I am particularly interested in research areas that intersect technology and data, such as data-driven decision-making, digital platforms for research dissemination, and scalable web systems that support public health and population studies.
My role in the APHRC and CARTA Virtual Academies would be to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of their digital platforms. This includes ensuring website functionality, assisting in system integrations, supporting users, and contributing to the continuous improvement of virtual learning and research-sharing environments. I aim to leverage my technical skills to enhance accessibility, reliability, and user experience across these platforms while gaining deeper exposure to research-focused systems.
