        My name is Simon Karuku, currently the Acting Director for Research and Extension at the University of Embu. My area of specialization is teacher education and, specifically, mathematics education. I have been a co-PI in a Spencer Foundation-Funded research grant. I am interested in honing my skills in grant writing in the areas of social sciences and education.
