Hello everyone, my name is Dr Afolake Olanbiwoninu, an Associate Professor of Food Microbiology. I lecture and carry out research in Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo, Nigeria. I am also the Acting Director, Research, Innovation and Linkages for my institution. I have a keen interest in upgrading my skills in grant writing.

I am Dr Afolake Olanbiwoninu, an Associate Professor of Food Microbiology. My research interest is Indigenous fermented foods, food safety, bioenrichment and microbial ecology of fermented foods. I am the Managing Editor for Ajayi Crowther Journal of Pure and Applied Sciences (ACJPAS). ACJPAS is a journal of the Faculty of Natural Sciences of Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo, Nigeria.
