We all started here as interns, and our paths have since diverged in different ways—temporary roles, permanent positions, and ongoing internships.
What has your journey looked like so far, and what lessons or stories would you share that could inspire others who are still growing within this space?

My journey has been a mix of learning, adapting, and taking every opportunity seriously, whether it was during my internship, project work, or stepping into more responsibility.

One lesson I’ve learned is that consistency matters more. The people who grow are usually the ones who stay curious, ask questions, improve their skills, and remain reliable even in small tasks. Every assignment teaches you something if you pay attention.

I’d also say, do not compare your timeline with someone else’s. Some people move into permanent roles quickly, while others build experience through temporary opportunities first. What matters is building competence, relationships, and a reputation people trust. Those things compound over time.

Thank you for sharing your journey and reflections. Your emphasis on consistency, curiosity, and reliability is particularly valuable for those who are still navigating the early stages of their careers. I also appreciate your reminder that career paths are rarely identical and that growth often comes through a combination of learning opportunities, relationships, and persistence. Building competence and trust over time is indeed a strong foundation for long-term success.
