My research interests focus on sports science, physical rehabilitation, and the role of physical activity in improving health outcomes in resource-limited settings. She is particularly interested in injury prevention among athletes, biomechanics of running, and the integration of sports and physical activity into public health interventions. I am passionate about advancing evidence-based approaches to athlete health, performance, and community wellbeing, particularly among young athletes from underserved backgrounds. Through the APHRC and CARTA Virtual Academies, I seek to strengthen my research capacity, engage with African scholars, and contribute to impactful research addressing health and development challenges across the continent.
