My name is Francis Kimanzi, I have a background in Analytical chemistry. I have developed interest in research, most importantly to address drylands issues. Over the few years, while working with science organisations and government authorities I have developed the confidence of impacting the drylands communities with science, bridging the gap between the knowledge and practical solutions through the institution I founded, African Institute of Drylands Research and Innovation. Currently at startup level but we envision to create a solutions center, information center and a programs powerhouse.
