I am Solomon Masho (Ph.D) from Ambo University, Ethiopia. I am a psychologist by training. Currently, I am serving as a Vice President for Research and Technology Transfer at Ambo University. I am pleased to join this group and hope to learn more about grant writing. My research interest is in the areas of psychosocial issues, group dynamics and Organizational behaviour.
