I am Charles Blessings Jumbe, a Professor of Economics at the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources, in Malawi. My interests are to help postgraduate students write good research proposals taking them through the entire research process from research ethics, research conceptualization, proposal development, data collection, analysis, report wrting and publishing/publication.

My name is Austine Phiri, a Head of Department and Senior Lecturer in the Department of Information Science at Mzuzu University in Malawi. I am also a final-year PhD student at the University of South Africa in the field of Information Science with a focus on medical records and medical data. I have more than seven years of progressive experience in project and programme management in the areas of research, open science, data management, data curation, records management, archives management, and library science. I have managed projects in Malawi and South Africa funded by Malawi Government and African Development Bank. I am seeking additional knowledge, skills and experience in grant writing and management, financial management, among others.

Currently, I serve as a trainer, business analyst, and professional expert, leveraging my academic background, which includes a BA in Tourism Management, an MA in Tourism and Development, and a PhD in Management.

I have collaborated with various institutions, including Madda Walabu University, the Ministry of Tourism, the Oromia Tourism Commission, the Bale Zone Culture and Tourism Office, and other NGOs.
