    I am Anyama Charles, currently the Executive Director for Purpose Rwanda. Previously, I worked as a lecturer for over 10 years, supervising academic research for students at both the undergraduate and master’s levels. By bringing my theoretical academic knowledge in research to the NGO world and enriching my skills in grant writing, I believe I can impact more lives, especially in line with Purpose Rwanda’s mission.     Hello, my name is Sintayehu Aynalem (PhD), and I bring over 14 years of experience in teaching, community services, and research. Currently, I serve as a trainer, business analyst, and professional expert, leveraging my academic background, which includes a BA in Tourism Management, an MA in Tourism and Development, and a PhD in Management.

    I have collaborated with various institutions, including Madda Walabu University, the Ministry of Tourism, the Oromia Tourism Commission, the Bale Zone Culture and Tourism Office, and other NGOs. My roles have included researcher, trainer, data collector, and supervisor for private firms.
