Short bio
I am a Biotechnology graduate with strong interests in biomedical research, bioinformatics, and data-driven public health science. My academic training and practical experience span molecular biology, immunology, genomics, and research data management, with a growing focus on how advanced analytical and computational tools can strengthen health research and policy.
At the African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC), I serve as a Communications and Administrative Support Assistant under the Research and Related Capacity Strengthening (RRCS) theme. In this role, I support research documentation, data quality assurance, analysis, and reporting for multi-institutional projects. I also contribute to internship monitoring, workshop coordination, and knowledge-sharing activities, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication of research outputs.
I am actively involved in the CARTA Virtual Academies, where I engage in structured training, seminars, and collaborative learning focused on research methods, data analysis, ethics, and scientific communication. Through CARTA, I continue to strengthen my interdisciplinary research skills and deepen my interest in translating rigorous research into impactful, real-world solutions, particularly in public health and biomedical sciences.
